Our Holiday Schedule is here!

There are 4 things we want you to know:

  1. Note the dates and sessions we’re closed 
  2. Make-up your workout reservations NOW – add an extra day or schedule a double weight training (plus cardio)
  3. We’re hosting a 5K on New Year’s Day workout at the studio. Be 1 of 8 women to get in a 3.1 mile cardio workout on the treadmills or elliptical (or outside, if you’re that girl)
  4. Surprise!
    • We’re hosting a Super Sunday SessionBootcamp Blitz Style!!!!
    • Mark your calendar on Sunday, December 30 from 9:30 – 10:30 AM!
    • The APP opens up on December 3rd to snag a spot #realFun!
